What we collect

• From Google sign-in: your name, Gmail address and profile photo. We never see your Google password.
• From you: the exam you are preparing for and, if you choose, your mobile number.
• From your use of the site: your test answers and scores, and the answer copies you upload for Mains tests.
• Payments: Razorpay handles the payment. We receive the payment and order reference and the amount, never your card, UPI or bank details.
• Visits: Cloudflare, which hosts the site, records anonymous visit statistics. The site sets one sign-in cookie and no advertising cookies.

How it is used

• To run your tests, show your results and analysis, check and return your answer copies, unlock what you paid for, and tell you about tests.
• Your name may appear only to you and to VKC; if ranks are shown, they are shown without other students' names.
• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on Cloudflare's servers. Uploaded answer copies and checked copies are kept for 6 months after a copy is returned checked, then deleted from storage; marks and comments stay on your account. To have your account, answers and copies deleted, write from your registered Gmail to chem4vkc@gmail.com; payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
