Refund and cancellation policy

VKC Basic

VKC Basic opens the locked study material the moment it is paid for, so it cannot be cancelled or refunded once paid, except in the cases below.

• Double or failed payments: if you were charged twice, or money was deducted but VKC Basic did not open, the extra or failed amount is refunded in full.
• If VKC Science stops the service: you get a refund in proportion to the months left.

Test series (Prelims and Mains)

Test series are digital services that unlock instantly, so refunds are limited to the cases below.

• Within 7 days of payment, before use: a full refund if you have not started any paid test, opened any paid question paper and have not uploaded any Mains answer copy.
• Double or failed payments: if you were charged twice, or money was deducted but the series did not unlock, the extra or failed amount is refunded in full.
• After use: once a paid test has been started, a paid paper opened or an answer copy uploaded, the series cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• If a series is withdrawn: if VKC Science stops a series before its tests are delivered, you get a refund in proportion to the tests not delivered.
• VKC Plus: checks not used by your Mains do not carry over and are not refunded.

Printed books

• Before dispatch: an order can be cancelled for a full refund until it is posted. Write in as soon as possible.
• Damaged, wrong or missing pages: send a photo within 7 days of delivery and you get a replacement copy at no cost, or a full refund if you prefer.
• Not delivered: if the courier returns the parcel or it is lost, you get a fresh copy or a full refund. If it comes back because the address or phone number given was wrong, it is re-sent once the courier charge is paid, or refunded minus that charge.
• A copy delivered in good condition cannot be returned for a refund, since the full content is readable at once.

How to ask

Write to chem4vkc@gmail.com from your registered Gmail with the Razorpay payment ID (it is in the confirmation email from Razorpay). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
